Keys are provided to the guest for a property on the understanding that they are responsible for it whilst they are staying in it.
There will be a charge for any lost keys and you will be responsible for any other expenses in relation to replacing locks, locksmith call out charges etc.
We will deliver to you all the information you need by email prior to arrival. It is important that you follow the instructions we provide to avoid confusion - please read them. It is your responsibility to keep us informed of changes to your email address and/or telephone numbers and any flight information you have provided to us.
Check-in after 15.00 and departure by 11.00. (These times may be flexible). Late Check-out may be possible but must be agreed with us before the date of departure. Additional £30 charge for arrivals/departures between 9pm & 9am.
Additional charge of £60 paid locally when collecting keys from agent. This covers meet & greet, check out inspection and full clean of property at end of stay.
Refundable breakages deposit of £125 required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Payments can be made by Paypal or bank transfer.
A 15% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. A 100% deposit is required if your booking date is within 28 days of arrival.
The final balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay your final balance before this date may result in cancellation of your booking and the loss of your deposit.
If the behaviour of any of the guests is deemed to be unacceptable in the opinion of our agent , then we reserve the right to ask them to leave the property and/or terminate the rental agreement immediately. This policy is for the benefit of all our guests.
Cancellation of your booking will result in loss of deposit in all cases. Cancellation of your booking within 28 days of arrival will result in payment of 50% of the total booking value. Any amount already paid above 50% of the booking value will be returned.
Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any accident, injury or damage, and any related expenses which you incur whilst staying in the property.
It is recommended that you take out Travel Insurance cover before arriving with adequate cover to meet any possible expenses either medical, consequential or third party.
This property is professionally managed with local numbers for assistance in an emergency. Cots, highchairs and car seats available for additional charge paid locally by arrangement with management company.

10 minutes walk or 1km to Punta Prima beach. Along this part of the coastline, it is a mixture of sandy coves and rocky areas (ideal for rock pools). There is a wide promenade at Punta Prima which is currently being extended along the coastline. Past Punta Prima (few minutes drive) are the EU Blue Flag beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia, with vast expanses of golden sands and there are jet-ski's, a banana boat and pedalo's in the summer months, as well as the usual "bars on the beach".
4 Championship golf courses within 10 minutes - green fees average £25 -£40 for 18 holes. 11 more within an hours drive. Open all year.
