The pigeonnier wing houses a large air-conditioned master bedroom with stunning south-facing views and a spiral staircase leading up to a beamed ensuite bathroom. Downstairs there is a designer kitchen and open plan characterful living/dining room, a second bedroom (with twin beds and ideal for children) and a WC. A campbed or cot can be placed in the main living area if you wish to sleep 5.
The property is equipped to a high level with all the features you'd expect. Wifi is available throughout, even at the poolside. We have UK TV, and a large collection of DVDs and books that you're welcome to browse.
As well as a private south-facing terrace with BBQ, table, chairs and loungers, guests enjoy use of the 12m x 6m pool, tennis court and extensive terraces and gardens, shared with the owners (a British family with 2 children) who are only resident for a few weeks per year.
Well located in countryside between the towns of Duras, Monsegur and Marmande and close to several airports (Bergerac 40 minutes, Bordeaux 1 hour and Toulouse 90 minutes). The Lot et Garonne region is perfect for a relaxing holiday, with beautiful countryside, plenty of wine-tasting and eating options, and a plentiful supply of healthy outdoor activities.
