The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and overlooks a lake and parkland.Parking is 2 yards from apartment entrance. There is no traffic of people or cars so vehicles are relatively secured. For guests who bring bicycles, we have a lockable garage for storage if required. There is a bench located at the entrance of the apartment.The balcony has a new dinning area for 2014 ! with relaxing chairs to enjoy the peace and stunning waterside views !!We have a ramp available for wheel chair users. There are no inside steps. No additional disabled alterations have been made.
