The property is situated in a secure 3 acre garden set in Forest De Qenecan and with 2km of Lac de Guerledan and Abbey Bon Repo. Being in the centre of Brittany it provides easy access to south, north and west costal resorts.
In 2015 the Lac is being drained in order to carry out essential repairs to the dam - the last time the lake was drained being nearly 30 years ago - this is an opportunity to view the lake bed however it does mean that water events such as swimming, sailing etc will not be available during 2015.
