The stylish Villa Merindah is situated in Rotonda West, a delightful community located on the Cape Haze Peninsula, South Gulf Coast of Florida, close to Tampa and Fort Myers international airport
We called our villa "Merindah" which means beautiful / happy because, as soon as you enter this impeccably clean house, you get this feeling of happiness and wellbeing.
The whole villa is tastefully decorated in light colors, On the large covered terrace there is a spacious table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining by the oversized heated swimming pool, while you are protected from insects by the lanai.
Because the house has been built on a double lot of land the pool area is not overlooked and very private.
There is an amazing master bedroom with king-size bed. The en suite has a corner bath and seperate shower. The second comfortable large bedroom with double bed shares the other bathroom with the third spacious twin bedroom. This bathroom opens on to the pool area, giving easy access to the house after a lovely swim.
The villa has been furnished to the highest standard with everything you can think of from the large completed furnished kitchen, with fridge/freezer and dishwasher to the comfortable sun loungers you can relax on while watching the sun go down.
There is Wi-Fi, internet and cable television which you can watch on a huge flat screen television in the comfortable lounge. There is a washer, dryer, gas barbeque and even bicycles in the garage to explore the lovely area or cycle safely to one of the six golf courses in the Rotonda community.

The Cape Haze peninsula is well known for its nature reserve with its colonies of various shore birds.
Sea turtles, who come ashore to lay their eggs, manatees and dolphins can be spotted in the area.
