Stay in our 3 star gold awarded timber lodges in a delightful woodland setting in the Heart of Kent, and use it as a great touring base for exploring Kent coast and countryside and further afield,London is within easy reach by train. Alternatively, make use of the onsite heated indoor swimming pool (from April-October) and games room (with table tennis and table football & WI-FI), or relax on your own patio with a drink and read a book in lovely peaceful surroundings, listening to the sound of birdsong.

We have a mixture of properties including

Within 4 miles lies Ashford, with its many shops, restaurants and leisure facilities, including a cinema and bowling alley. For the golfer, there are a number of courses in the local area. We are also very close to the beaches on the Kent and Sussex coasts such as Camber Sands

The England region

Kent, also known as 'The Garden of England' lies at the far south-east corner of England. This makes is easy to travel across the English Channel to France by taking a car on the Eurotunnel or Ferry from Dover or Folkestone. Alternatively, travel on the Eurostar train from Ashford International Station to Paris, Lille or Brussels. The new high-speed train link is available from Ashford, which takes about 35mins to reach London, if you fancy a day out in the Capital for some sight-seeing, shopping or to see a West End Show.

Attractions in the South-East include, Leeds Castle, Dover, Castle, Canterbury Cathedral, Howletts and Port Lympne Wildlife Parks, Chartwell (where Winston Churchill lived), to name just a few.

There are a number of coastal resorts and beaches within easy reach, including Ramsgate, Folkestone, Hythe, and the sand dunes at Camber Sands, not to forget the White Cliffs of Dover.

Ashford

The village of Shadoxhurst is just over a mile away, with its popular pub and 13th century church.

The town of Ashford is about 4 miles away with its many shops (including the Ashford Designer Outlet), pubs, restaurants, cinema and bowling alley.

The popular tourist towns of Tenterden and Rye are within easy reach.
