The large 'sejour' has a tiled floor, wood burning stove, TV (with satellite) DVD player, and music system. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob,microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage. The bedrooms are of generous proportions all with large opening French windows with shutters and the main bedroom has an en-suite shower and wash basin. There is a large family bathroom with bath, shower and w.c and a further separate w.c.

To the rear of the property are two sizeable terraces accessed via steps and to the front a large garden separated from the pool deck which is level and ideal play area for children. There is a garage and secure parking for three further cars on a gated driveway. The outside spaces are all secluded, quiet and not overlooked.
On confirmation of a booking directions to Les Collines will be sent. A welcome pack will be left for you which will include essentials for your arrival. The villa will be available from 1600 hrs on the day of arrival and guests will be required to vacate the house by 1000 hrs on the day of departure and are requested that they leave the house clean and tidy.
An advance payment of £500.00 is required to confirm a booking.Payment of the balance will be required 8 weeks before the rental date and at the same time a £500.00 deposit will be taken to cover damages. This will be returned after the property has been checked on departure. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cheque.

There are numerous large supermarkets the closest being in Le Muy, a 14 km drive away.
