A very comfortable and spacious Bed & Breakfast accommodation is offered in the apartment on the upper floor of this house located at the inner edge of the medieval circulade village of Puissalicon a typically busy vine workers' village of the region.
Independently accessed via the thirty six stepped red tiled spiral staircase in the tower, the apartment has a beautifully furnished double bedroom which leads onto the restful reading room equipped with a sofa and a single fauteuil convertible (single sofa bed). The lovely ensuite shower room and WC with its low sloped ceiling completes the accommodation.
La Petite Tour apartment is for the sole use of its guests.
A continental style breakfast is served in our kitchen but can be taken in the delightful garden, weather permitting. In the evening relax after your day out and enjoy a glass of the local wine under the gazebo, or visit the wine bar...then perhaps join in with the locals for a game of petanque!.
A warm welcome on your arrival - coffee, tea or a glass of wine. On street parking is freely available very nearby in the village. Cycles (hired or your own) can be locked in our clean and dry outbuilding.
The apartment will be available from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. We do ask guests to vacate the apartment by 11 am on the day of departure.
Due to access via the spiral staircase La Petite Tour apartment is unsuitable for persons of limited mobility and young children.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, house or garden and we regret, pets are not accepted.

Visitors can explore the great outdoors: canoeing and kayaking in the rivers Orb and the Cesse are very popular. Cycles are available for hire locally. The Gorge d'Héric offers fabulous mountain walks of all grades and guided climbing and abseiling tours are available. Canoes, wind-sailing and other activities are to be found at the Lac du Salagou Base de Plein Air.
Close to Puissalicon is Pézenas, a cultural centre of the area and less than half an hour away by car. It is worth a visit to this charming town with its old historical centre, fascinating architecture and many restaurants. Pézenas also boasts a theatre and cinema. A colourful market is held all day every Saturday but the town is also known for its Brocantes – a fun way to browse for antiques and objets d'art. Much closer, just a 15 minute stroll away through the vineyards is Château St. Pierre de Serjac - a fabulous restaurant, bar, spa and events venue.
Béziers, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Montpellier, Sète, Canal du Midi and even Spain are within easy driving distances.
Explore the mountains, the sea, the domaines, the towns and villages; there is just so much to do here whether your interests lie in wine-tasting, great food, looking for property to make your own piece of paradise or just unwinding by exploring the great outdoors.
