Clematis Cottage, Freshford nr Bath is a traditional cottage set high up in the beautiful village of Freshford. The cottage has a long history dating back over 200 years with old Bath stone very evident from the outside. The current owners have added a quirky sun room which enjoys cracking views down the Freshford Valley which can be enjoyed at any time of the year thanks to the central heating!
There is a cosy living room, plus a large kitchen diner all of which offer comfortable and welcoming self catering accommodation. Presented with neutral colours and furnished simply it's easy on the eye and superb value for money. Outside the garden is in good order, neat and orderly and with the table and chairs its ideal for soaking up the village views.
In our opinion this cottage is a good choice for a family or group looking to travel to Bath, the Southern Cotswolds, the Mendips and Somerset and many other surrounding attractions and to do so at a very affordable price. Children of all ages welcomed.
