Large extended terraced town house with four good sized bedrooms on a quiet parque in La Marina Urbanisation suitable for a special family holiday. The property would suit children and adults of all ages. The property is within walking distance to all local amenities. Also the main towns of Torrevieja, Guadamar and Santa Pola are within a short driving distance to beautiful sandy beaches with the blue flag beach of La Marina a few minutes drive away. Alternatively a local bus can take you to the La Marina beach. The bus stops just across the road from our property.

The large front terrace is ideal for dining al fresco with table, chairs and sunbeds. The terrace is fully enclosed and secure and is fitted with a very large sun blind which is ideal when you would like to get out of the heat of the mid day sun and relax in the shade.

The Cost Blanca or "White Coast" is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, with excellent safe beaches, water sports, two Aqua parks, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping, many restaurants and general sightseeing all close by.
There are four main cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante 20 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - within 40 minutes drive. There are 2 Championship Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive . A short boat trip away is the Island of Tabarca well worth a visit.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area on the urbanisation of La Marina and has the benefit of being within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the Leisure Complex which has a large swimming pool and children's swimming pool, with two large sun terraces with a restaurant and snack bar. The unspoilt town and beautiful beaches of La Marina are only a 5 minute drive from the property.
A great day out can be had at the Rio Safari park located on the Elche - Santa Pola road which has the benefit of a swimming pool and dolphin displays. Located in Beniform which is 45 minute drive away you can enjoy one of the most beautiful and fun theme parks in the world - Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia or Mundamar for the dolphin displays. There is something for everyone for all ages.
