Welcome to Windover Farm Cottage, a gorgeous, stylish, cosy Devonshire holiday cottage which offers clean and luxurious accommodation for 4 people.

Windover Farm Cottage is perfect for families & couples alike. The cottage boasts two pretty bedrooms (one double & one twin), a luxurious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large living area with a wood burner and a dining table large enough to seat around 8 people. It offers everything you would expect from a luxury holiday cottage PLUS you can (if you like) feed and look after the 2 hens who live in the half-acre garden! And these lovely ladies will make every effort keep you in fresh eggs during your stay!

For children, tucked away in a large fireside cupboard you will find a wide selection of toys, book, dvds and equipment for small children. If you have older children we have football goals, frizbees, cricket and rounders gear for the garden plus wifi! You may also be interested to know that we don't take pets in the cottage and it's cleaned to a very high standard. This is important to many parents of young children.

The cottage is also perfectly suited for couples seeking a romantic rural retreat to relax and unwind away from the everyday stresses of a busy life making memories you'll take away with you and remember forever.

The cottage’s central position near the Devon/Somerset border allows easy access to the beach and the South West’s attractions.

For sports enthusiasts there is plenty to do with horse riding, golf and fishing offered locally.

The property is also within easy reach of the cathedral city of Exeter and Somerset’s County town, Taunton, which offer farmers markets, high street shopping, theatres, restaurants, leisure facilities, museums and much more. Family attractions locally include Crealy Adventure Park, Bicton Gardens, Quad World and Diggerland.

Alternatively learn to fly with Devon and Somerset Flight Training or attend the parachute school with Sky Dive UK both based at Dunkeswell Aerodrome (3 miles), try off-roading at the Landrover Experience (7 miles) or explore the ruins of Dunkeswell Abbey (½ mile). Cook up something special at home or dine out at one of the many pubs and restaurants nearby which offer a range of good food and real ales.
