This fantastic 3 bedroom Georgian apartment is located in the heart of the City on a small lane just between Princes Street and the trendy shops of Multrees Walk, including Harvey Nichols.
The flat is a short walk from many of Edinburgh's attractions, but still provides very comfortable, quiet accommodation for the perfect stay.
The flat has great views of the Balmoral Clock from the back bedrooms and magnificent views out over the Firth of Forth to the Kingdom of Fife from the lounge / dinning area and kitchen, and is dripping in period features.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.

Lounge / Dining room
The Lounge is large, bright (large windows) and with 'big comfy' leather sofas, Fireplace, 42" Flat screen Tv, DVD player and Dining area with seating for 6 adults.
Master Double Bedroom
The master double bedroom is very spacious with a solid double bed, wardrobe, storage etc. The room has great views of the Balmoral Clock towards Princes Street.
The bedroom also has a wall mounted 32" LCD TV, DVD player, and also a Vanity sink.
This is another good size double bedroom with double bed and ample storage. There's also a 24" LCD TV with DVD player and an original fireplace.
Mezzanine double room
This quirky bedroom has a fitted desk/work area with plenty of storage.
A solid steel wall mounted ladder with safety bar leads up to a double bed on the mezzanine level.
The room also has a futon sofa/bed as well. This, like the master bedroom, also has its own Vanity sink with wash area.
Nicely laid out family bathroom with bath / shower.. fully tiled with storage shelves.
Good sized kitchen with Belfast sink and solid wooden worktops. Oven, Gas Hob, Washing machine, and dishwasher.
Parking is available at the long-stay car park at Waverley Station.

Within walking distance of the flat is Calton Hill, Holyrood Palace, Scottish Parliament and the City Centre. The Shore and Portobello beach are a short taxi/bus ride away.
