With spectacular balcony views overlooking the lake and mountains, this penthouse apartment is furnished to a high standard and sleeps up to 9 comfortably - we suggest though that 8 is about the best group size. We believe it has one of the best panoramic views in the region, looking out towards Geneva and Evian. Thollon is amazing well situated for both Ski and Summer Holidays - we spend most summers on lakeside swimming and boating
Conveniently located 100m from the ski lift and 150m from the village centre, this ski-in apartment comprises 3 double bedrooms (one sleeping three), and a large mezzanine with two double sofa beds / additional seating and living area, the apartment also contains two bathrooms, separate dining area with seating for six, kitchen comprising electric hob and oven, a cave for the secure storage of ski equipment and designated parking.

South West facing, the apartment enjoys a very sunny disposition with spectacular panoramic views of Lake Geneva (Lac Leman), the Swiss Jura Mountains, Les Memises (mountain), the village centre and market. Every night there are amazing sunsets that take your breath away.
From the balcony you can see the ferry crossing Lake Geneva from Lausanne and if you leave by car, without a minute to lose, you can arrive at the ferry terminal in Evian (parking allowing) just in time to catch it back.
Skiing in and around Thollon
No more than 40 minutes from the main Portes de Soleil ski region, The apartment is located at the foot of a new ski slope, with a new cable car which enables skiing right into the village and ski in/ski out skiing straight from the apartment block itself. Situated only 2 minutes walk from the telecabine which will take you up to the main ski area. Thollon offers an unparalleled skiing opportunity with many ski runs overlooking Lake Geneva and the Swiss Alps. Thollon is ideal for families and learner or intermediate skiers, has its on ski school and ski passes are reasonably priced. Ski/snowboard/sledge hire is also available in the village. You can even pop back to the apartment for lunch and then for back for the afternoon.
Deposit and Booking
Refundable breakages deposit required on booking (£350), to be refunded within a week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee due on booking to secure booking with remainder of rental fee due eight weeks before your stay. Bookings for December and January require full payment at time of booking.
