Sited less than 20 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of St Jacut De La Mer, St Cast Le Guildo and Lancieux, ”La Vieille Forge” is a charming renovated stone cottage in the small village of Plorec sur Arguenon, itself sited next to the Arguenon Lake, and 7kms from Plancoet and 20kms from Dinan.
The house comprises an open plan ground floor, with an end fitted kitchen and utility room, central dining area, and end lounge having large stone fireplace with log burner and door out to the south facing, part covered terrace and lawned garden, ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening.
