The balcony overlooks the pools and is an ideal sitting area in the early morning or evening. It is spacious with a dining table and six chairs
There is an English speaking management company on site during office hours and on call at any other time. The management company will meet and greet you at the apartment and answer any questions you may have about the apartment, the resort and the local area.
A "Welcome Pack" is provided on arrival. For stays of 2 weeks or more the apartment is cleaned and serviced each week free of charge.

Paphos is shielded by the Troodos mountains and enjoys short mild winters. It is acknowledged as having the finest climate on the island with a winter daytime temperature averaging 18C. Snow, frost and ice are unknown in Paphos. Known as the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the entire district is scattered with countless places of historical and legendary interest.
Kato Paphos, the lower part of the original town, is built around the harbour and medieval fort and enjoys year round popularity among Cypriots and visitors alike. The area teems with tavernas, open fronted restaurants, night spots and many of the large hotels.
There is a long Corniche around the harbour and regular open air concerts are held by the old fort. There are also extensive safe sandy beaches with taverns and water front facilities that have been awarded Blue Flag accreditation.
The Akamas National Park is approximately 4kms away including the famous turtle reserve at Lara beach. Exploring the national park is a memorable day out for all the family.
Chlorakas is situated to the west of Paphos and is within easy reach of this attractive town.
A regular bus service takes you into the harbour at Paphos, the water park or into the town centre.
Nearby is the beautiful Coral Bay with its sandy beaches and sparkling sea. A variety of water sports is available at Coral Bay including scuba diving, snorkeling and jet skiing to name bur a few.
