The Victorian lodge house is one of a pair situated within the Barton Estate close to Osborne House which was Queen Victoria's holiday residence of choice. It has been beautifully and lovingly refurbished with your comfort in mind. The house sleeps 6 and offers flexible accommodation.. Barton Lodge also has a large fully enclosed private garden with a small orchard and lots of room for children and dogs and off street parking. Pets are accepted on request.
The Island is ideal for walkers, cyclists, explorers and historians. Children are welcome and there is plenty to do for all the family. We have pubs and restaurants galore as well as houses of historical interest, dinosaur trails, country parks and beaches. If music is your thing, then the Bestival and Isle of Wight Festival are dates of note and there are jazz and other music genres available year wide. The Island is host to Cowes Week which sees sailors from worldwide competing and there are other regattas scattered throughout the year.
