"The ' icing on the cake" is the huge terrace of 150 m ² where you can eat a meal or simply enjoy total relaxation.

The region is a centre of activities, full of trendy cafes, restaurants, shops and stores. It is also next to the 'Railway Park' - long part of 5 kilometres of the abandoned railway line which has been transformed into a green pedestrian boulevard combined with a bicycle.

The apartment is 25 minutes walk from Mamilla Avenue Mall, and the old city of Jerusalem with its many religious and secular attractions for three religions - Jewish, Muslim and Christian.

A few minutes seconds you will get numerous bus lines that will take you to the main attractions: the old town, the Israel Museum, City Center, the building of Parliament (Knesset) and the Hebrew University.

Despite its central location, it is quiet and not facing the main street.
