This is a beautiful apartment which can be enjoyed by surfers, body boarders, swimmers and even paddlers as the beach is directly on its doorstep (veranda in this case as its on first floor). And yet it is still only a 5/10 minute stroll to the village along the pedestrian walkway which is thepart of the Ulster Way.

This beautifully furnished open planned apartment, has a kitchen dining and living room which leads onto the veranda through double glass doors. There are three bedrooms, one king size with en suite, a double and a single ( with an additional bed underneath). One of the highlights of the apartment is how it overlooks the ocean and for the evenings the incredible sun settings.

The apartment has lots of space and brightness because it is an end one.

Portrush is home to the famous Royal Portrush Golf Club, and is surrounded by many more golf courses and pitch and putts. It has Barrys Entertainment, Waterworld and ten pin bowling and tennis courts.

Being part of the Ulster Way it has walking and cycling paths giving great challenges and spectacular views throughout the causeway coast and its many attractions , including the Giants Causeway, the Carrick a rede bridge and the Dunluce Castle to mention a few.

The Alive Surf School offers daily lessons at West Strand beach. Other schools operate over in East Strand. All gear can be hired.

There is a season of plays held in the town hall over July and August, the quality of which is hard to credit.
