The local shopping is just a few minutes walk from the property with a supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars and internet café. The area offers excellent shopping, a weekly market and many cafes, and a vibrant nightlife.
The Zenia Boulevard one of Europes lergest shopping malls is just a 5 minute drive away, which is home to all the Spanish high street shops including H&M, Zara, Primark and many more.
The Costs Blanca has the finest beaches in Spain and there are many lovely sandy beaches nearby that have been awarded 'Blue Flag' status for their cleanliness, safety and facilities but two of the best are at nearby La Zenia and Cabo Roig.
The coast also offers safe swimming, beautiful marinas, rocky coves and beautiful cliff and promenade walks.
Day trips to the beautiful Isle of Tabarca are available during the summer from Torrevieja marina.
For the children there is a waterpark at Aquopolis with its river rapids and kamikaze slides, a theme park at Terra Mitica a fairground, safari park and a number of go-karting track.
There are three superb par 72 courses less than 5 minutes drive away so it is an ideal base for golfers.
