The Province of Munster region

Nearby Bantry town is great for fishing, has nice restaurants and good lively pubs with music. Bantry House boasts beautiful gardens and is certainly worth a visit.

The property is located on an elevated site overlooking Bantry Bay, just 2 miles from Glengarriff and off the N71, making it a great base for touring the West Cork peninsulas. It boasts a spacious interior with a large front garden and good size rooms. Glengarriff is a pleasant village with craft shops, café's and pubs and is ideally situated between Bantry and Castletownbere. The surrounding area holds special interest for botanists and the mild climate has allowed the Bamboo Gardens, Garinish Island and the Nature reserve to flourish. A truly picturesque location.

There is a 9 hole golf course located here that has been voted among the most picturesque in the country, with views over Bantry Bay, Glengarriff Harbour and the Caha mountains.
