Teilo Barn has 4 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning), 3 bathrooms (1 ground floor), large contemporary kitchen, utility room, very large lounge and a great outdoor seating area. The bedrooms are - 1 Double Room, 2 King Rooms that spit to 2x2 Single Rooms, 1 Super King Room splits to 2 Singles. The Super Kingsize Master Bedroom has the En-suite bathroom.
Every effort has been made to make it functional without forgetting the traditional characteristics that make an old country barn appealing. Carful consideration has gone into flexible sleeping arrangements, sufficient bathrooms, contemporary lighting and a warm comfortable atmosphere.
The large kitchen is contemporary with oak and a large American Fridge Freezer with Ice Machine, 2 Dishwashers - alternate clean/dirty, Induction Hob and waste disposal insinkorator. The massive lounge is the main feature (65m2) with solid oak floor, open tread stairs built onsite and large wood burner. There's a large comfy corner sofa looking to the wood burner and the 50” plasma TV on the wall. The other half of the lounge has a solid oak table and benches to sit 12. All beds/mattresses are brand new. The bedding is all Egyptian cotton.
It's very private with it's own parking, garden and decking. Parking 1 meter from door with disabled ramp is available.
With a private farm lane from the main road, you can enjoy this peaceful retreat at your own pace. The grounds and woodlands are home to an abundance of wildlife including birds of prey, deer and not forgetting it's own trout stream. Ideal for a leisurely afternoon walk and right on the doorstep.
The boutique town of Llandeilo is just 2 miles away with some great Restaurants and Pubs in a typical rural setting. Within walking distance of the town is the Dinefwr Estate which was recently reviewed and photographed by Conservationist Mike Howe - Dinefwr Estate
