The Campania region

Campania is one of the most beautiful regions of Italy and in the world, rich in art, culture and natural beauty.

In Campania there are unique places in the world, such as the ruins of Pompeii and Herculaneum, the Amalfi Coast with its location overlooking the sea, the ancient city of Naples, rich in history and monuments, the sites of volcanic Mount Vesuvius and the "campi flegrei" (";volcanic fields"), the untouched areas of the Cilento (south of Salerno).

The best times to visit the Campania are spring and autumn, but the region has a mild climate throughout the year, thanks to the influence of the sea, and you can often have wonderful days in winter and cool in summer days.

Vico Equense

Amalfi Coast is known all around the world for its natural beauty, archaeological and artistic sites.

The area is a mix of beautiful places to visit: Amalfi, Sorrento , Positano , Ravello , the archaeological excavations of Pompeii, just to mention the most famous names.

But from Vico Equense you can easily reach all places of the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts in a short time. Vico Equense is also well connected with Naples and the islands of Capri and Ischia.

For those who love hiking , we recommend visiting the "Path of the Gods" ("Sentiero degli dei"), which starts from the hill village of Agerola and allows you to enjoy a unique view of the Amalfi Coast, the whole peninsula of Sorrento , reaching down to the sea at the end.

The Amalfi Coast is also very popular for its culinary tradition: delicious cakes and liqueurs flavored with lemons, the tasty "pizza by meter" , cheeses and artisanal charcuterie. Here you can enjoy the best of Italian cuisine from the sea and the mountain, enriched with all the traditional and local flavors.
