This property sits in a very quiet cul de sac offers an ideal and perfect location in the heart of Derbyshire.

Explore the hills and dales of Derbyshire and The Peak District National Park from here with spectacular views of the Derwent Valley just round the corner behind the house ideal for an evenings walk and watch the sun go down or why not make use of our Picnic bag and eat alfresco.

Ideal for cyclists and site seeing, it is not far from the town center and its Award winning High Street, on foot, by car or by local bus for unique shops and award winning restaurants and pubs with the famous North Mill a UNESCO world heritage site plus a market every second Saturday of the month all lure you into this historic town.

Our Beautiful house is perfect for a holiday away with family and friends, ideal for families, the house is very child friendly with a secure gated area and at the back around the corner from the house is a secure children's play area with swings and slides.

No 31 is a kick off your shoes and relax kind of holiday house, perfect for an escape any time of the year.

After being in the business of providing quality holiday accommodation for a while, we know a thing or two about how to make your stay special and we go the extra mile.

Every effort is made to ensure your stay is one you will want to repeat. Quality bed linens, Goose feather and down duvets (Hypoallergenic duvets available on request) and Christy fluffy towels, The White Company toiletries are all part of the pleasure of a stay at No 31 plus plenty of little extra thoughtful touches.

The bathroom has a power shower over a low bath. Toilet roll and hand soaps provided.

Above average equipped kitchen as well as the standard appliances it also comes equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer (washing liquid and softener provided) and dishwasher (tablets provided)

We also have Denby crockery as standard.

We like to stand out from the average self catering accommodation and so we leave the little extras you so often don't find elsewhere all you should need is your food!

We understand the first thing you will enjoy upon your arrival is a refreshing drink so have included lots of coffee, tea, milk and sugar to welcome you.

FREE UNLIMITED BT WIFI and BT Broadband we even have 4G (subject to your mobile provider) in the house and garden.

There is a Private drive for safe Off road parking which is not very steep and levels off at the top and a 8" ~ 9" step which is a front porch area before entering the house.

Belper is only 30mins drive to Derby Town centre.
