These lovely open plan houses are only let out during the holiday season just to cover their own upkeep & and are well maintained throughout; as they are normally used by myself, my children, grandchildren & some regular clients for their holidays. Therefore early booking is essential.
They are located at the end square of a no through road, very safe & very quiet during the day & night, in an exceptionally affluent district of Limassol.
The only visitors normally being the post man, dustman & occasional car driver who has taken a wrong turn.
The key benefits are its location being that it is close to the main Highway junction, making this very central for exploring all of Cyprus & also central for Limassol from the Town centre to the nice beaches on the outskirts. The local tourist board maintained beach" Dasoudi" is only a 5 min car drive away. (this has a fantastic childrens playground).
And the main tourist area is again down the road to the sea front in 5 mins, to the main tourist area, night life & hot spots.
There are many surrounding local amenities including newsagents, Banks, super markets, Pharmacists, Hairdresser, beauty salons, restaurants, takeaways, 24hr bakery/patisseries, 24hr coffee shops, petrol station on the main road. Literally being 5 mins walk or a 1 min car drive. These are all serviced/used by the local residents (local prices) & are not the higher inflated prices that you get at the main tourist shops & venues.
A car is essential & hopefully you will not be disappointed.
Electricity is provided via a coin operated slot meter, but the first 10KWH are free To help you settle in. (but depending on your use expect your total electricity bill to vary between 10 to 50 euros for 2 weeks. This could be more depending on heavy air conditioning use).

First floor comprises of 3 bedrooms with built in wardrobes, dressing table with vanity mirror and stool, bedside chest,laminate parquet flooring and one bathroom suite. The properties have duel air-conditioning / heaters throughout. All windows are double glazed and have rolling shutters. Heating/air-conditioning extra.

The house fronts onto a square no through road area and is normaly quiet and peacfull as it is only surrounded by another 3 resident properties that are back wards and away from the road. There is a large front Veranda (patio area) to enjoy relaxing evenings in.
The climate here is great all year around, and there is plenty to see and do both locally around limassol and the other towns and villages. Southern Cyprus has wonderful beaches and stunning mountains, all within easy reach via the main highway.
Most major towns and mountain/forest ranges esepcially the Troodos mountains are 1 hour's drive away. and is great for skiing in the winter. Paphos, the national park and the Tombs of the Kings are nearby and there is a wealth of history and architecture to be enjoyed.
Aprhrodites birthplace, a golf course and bird sanctuary are off the main highway midway between limassol and Paphos.
Limassol is one of the biggest resorts on the island - and offers beautifil beaches, great shopping and quality restaurants. There is plenty of rich history in the area - with Limassol Old Town offering a beautiful castle surrounded by modern cafe shops and art galleries, the old quarters with its distinctive architecture, local antique shops, locally branded goods and souvenior shops. The old quarter has its beaches and the main wine making distilleries and fish taverns.
Limassol has 3 water parks, a small zoo and play park, with frequent shows, a saturday car boot sale and weekend flea market. There are numerous watersports, tennis courts and 5 a side pitches.
The ancient areas of amathousia and kourion are nearby with 2 working amphi theatres housing events in the summer. Kolossi medieval castle and the Fassouri citris groves are worth a brief visit.
Apart from the main limassol sea front, areas including the tourist maintained beaches there are few superb beaches all within a 20-30 min drive which have their own characteristics. These include ladys mile, accessed via an off the track road , through sand dunes and the dry summer salt lake. The beach here is extremely shallow and clear . The beach at kourion is a favourite with children who enjoy splashing into the large waves and english menus offered by the beach restaurants. Lastly Governers beach with its unspoilt rocky and peble shore is good for snorkling and catching an occasional octopus if your lucky!
The Limassol wine festival is a favourite for all the locals and takes place around the 1st week of September
