Maison aux Vignes is the perfect holiday home for families, the well equipped house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Sleeps 2 - 6 comfortably in 3 double bedrooms.

In addition one of sofas in the main living area is a sofa bed, which sleeps a further 2 people.

The main living area consists of the sitting room with traditional fireplace and 2 sets of french doors opening into the garden, at the front of the property.

The sun room dining area seats 4 with a drop leaf table, and there is also a comfortable 2 seater sofa to enjoy views over the garden, pool and vineyard valley.

A travel cot and high chair are available.

Totally equipped kitchen including American fridge freezer with ice maker, washing machine, dish washer, etc.

There are 2 bath/shower rooms, 1 with a bath & shower the other with a hydromassage shower cabin. There are also 2 toilets, 1 in the master bathroom the other in a separate cloakroom.

Unlimited wifi available in the house.

The garden features a private swimming pool, 6m x 4m with roman steps at one end.

The pool is situated to the side of the property within the fully enclosed garden, for the private use of guests only.

Pool heating is available if requested for an additional fee.

Sunbeds and patio furniture are situated on the terrace around the pool.

The garden also features a decking area, with a table and 6 chairs for outdoor dining. A further covered dining area, is located next to the pool, with a metal dining table and a further 6 chairs

The grounds are fully enclosed, with a gated entrance to the driveway at the side of the cottage, and a stone bbq in the garden.

To the rear of the property are wonderful views over a vineyard valley, views enjoyed from the cottage, swimming pool and terrace and a lovely large and mature garden.
