We ask kindly that all guests respect our neighbours during their stay by keeping noise to a reasonable level and entering/leaving the apartment quietly.

The apartment is no smoking throughout. A charge will be made for any evidence of smoking.

This is a brand new apartment, completed in June 2017. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard throughout and situated on the fifth floor with fabulous views over the city.

Gated complex with intercom entry system for additional internal security.

The apartment itself comprises a very light, open plan living/dining area, modern fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances, two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Wi-fi is free and unlimited and a 42" flat screen Smart TV with Now TV (SKY) enables you to kick back and relax, whilst keeping you connected.

A great selection of restaurants, bars, shops and cinemas right on the doorstep, yet just 10 minutes from the M1 (J25) and around 15 miles to Nottingham, East Midlands Airport and the Peak District.

The apartment is in exceptional condition and the location is perfect right by the city centre. A great host and very friendly and quick response to any questions. An absolute bargain for such a nice place with great views. Will definitely be recommending and will use in the future.

How do damage deposits work?
