Just a few minutes, on foot, from some of the city's best restaurants and taverns, it is also convenient to gourmet grocery stores like Wholefoods and Trader Joe's, local bakeries and cafes like Dazbog, Gateaux, and many others and destinations such as Coors Field, the Pepsi Center, and more. By car, you can reach the airport and the railway station in minutes, and it is but one block from the bus stop.

Visitors will enjoy using the fitness facilities nearby too, including traditional gyms along with yoga studios and even the Cherry Creek bicycle path for a bit of fresh air and aerobic challenge!

True interior design is at work here, maximizing the light, ensuring privacy, and filling the spaces with colors, textures and features that are soothing and appealing to all. The great room design of the main level includes a remarkable, modern kitchen stocked with the latest appliances. This opens to into the dining area, which is accessed through the main living space. There is also a rear patio here to enjoy.

There are three bedrooms spread out over the different levels. The master suite has French doors to a small balcony, a flat screen TV, ensuite bath and roomy closets. The second bedroom features a queen bed and private bath along with a work space and flat screen TV. A third bedroom can easily serve as an office, featuring a hideaway bed and work space. The rooftop terrace features an al fresco dining area and a lovely lounge.
