Dene Cottage is a self-catered holiday cottage, ideally located in the heart of Dent village. Dent is a small village set within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The Cottage can sleep up to 4 people across two rooms.

Downstairs the cottage has an open plan living area including; a well equipped kitchen, comfy sofa, wood burning fire and a window seat dining area.

Upstairs there are two rooms, both with ensuite facilities. The double room features two bedside cabinets and a built in wardrobe. The ensuite facilities include a heated towel rail, toilet, basin, mirrored cabinet and a full sized bath with shower.

The twin room features two single beds, a central bedside cabinet and a pine wardrobe. The ensuite facilities include a heated towel rail, toilet, basin, mirrored cabinet and a stand alone shower. Both bedrooms have views of Rise Hill set behind St Andrew's Church.

The cottage is equipped with central heating and hot water throughout. Each room is fitted with a flat screen television and plenty of USB and 3 pin sockets. Linen and towels are provided with a supply of logs for the fire, wifi & a car parking permit.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
