A real relaxing place for moments of complicity around board games in one of the lounges of the house, water games in the pool, or outdoor games in the various gardens. Not to mention the ping pong, bicycles, trampoline, slide, swings, net of badminton or football goal! Ideal for 3-4 families with children to share stories with rooms, and end up on the ground floor in the common living rooms. Merci pour votre commentaire qui souligne en effet les principaux attraits de notre propriété que nous souhaitons dédier au maximum aux familles avec jeunes enfants. La piscine couverte se réchauffe grâce à une toiture particulière qui concentre les rayons du soleil et qui permet un effet serre en sous-face. Malheureusement, du fait des conditions climatiques particulièrement mauvaises cette année, la piscine n'a pas pu prendre en température comme à l'habitude et l'eau est restée bloquée à une température de 21 à 22 degrés ce que nous n'avions jamais vu auparavant. Nous espérons que le soleil se fera moins désirer dans les années à venir...

En effet, des espaces communs permettent à tous de se rassembler, mais chaque unité familiale peut aussi conserver suffisamment d'intimité. Des espaces généreux aussi bien en intérieur qu'en extérieur.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nathalie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
