This oceanfront property has incredible views from the roof top deck, and beautiful ocean views from the living room. The house has 3 bedrooms, with one in the lower level with a shower bath. Renovated kitchen. Access to a shared private beach is just a 100 foot stroll down the boardwalk. Mini split ac in living room, along with each bedroom having a window ac. Features include wood floors, wireless internet, a brand new 65 inch flatscreen TV and a gas grill. There's also a dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, deck with patio table and chairs, grill and chaise lounges.

Thank you for taking the time to review our home at 107 Old Wharf Road. We are sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations. This home is considered ocean front. We do let each person who books this home know there is one home located to the front right of the home. We also show this in the pictures on our website. Depending on the tide, this home could have a great beach or not much of a beach at all. Unfortunately for your weekly stay, there was a lot of high tide throughout the area. In regards to the lower level bedroom, there is a window a/c. This is in place to help with any moisture that may come from being located in the basement level. Due to your disappointment with the cleaning, the owner did agree to refund you $105. We hope this helps to show we are truly sorry the home did not meet your expectations. Thank you again for your review.
