Service Charge:

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis. (Additional Service Charge: €80 (7 days & less) & €120 (7 days plus)

Short Breaks:

3 night break - 40% off weekly tariff / 4 night break - 30% off weekly tariff / 5 night break - 20% off weekly tariff / 6 night break - 10% off weekly tariff.

Making a Booking:

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

Denia

Location ~

From sea view dining opportunities and beach days that include windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking, surfing, boat rental, scuba and snorkelling activities, to visiting the craft shops and antique stalls of Gata de Gorgos, enjoying the lovely coastal walks of Xabia (under 26 minutes’ away), hiking and cycling in the Montgo Nature Park and taking in the charming skyline of Altea (under 45 minutes’ drive away), the Costa Blanca region offers country and seaside pursuits for everyone!

Denia ~

Denia is a small tourist city located in the southeastern coast of Spain, to the north of Alicante.

One of the main attractions of Denia are the beaches. It has around 20 km. of coast divided in three parts: one sandy, the harbour and one rocky. If you go with kids it is more comfortable the sandy beach, which is in the northern part. All of them are equipped with foot showers and red cross volunteers. If you like diving it would be more interesting the rocky beach, like La punta negra or at the end of Les Rotes where there is a huge cliff.

Denia has many restaurants and multiple restaurant "districts", despite the town's small size. These range from small cafe style eateries serving fish and chips from English menus to tourists, to typical Spanish establishments with loyal local customers.

Many restaurants offer a menu of the day for between 8-12 Euros, often including multiple tapas for starters. Octopus, squid, mussels, prawns, scallops etc. are typical in starters and mains. Fish risotto is a common main dish, and makes a filling course that is both delicious and good value.

Head out to the Marina for more modern restaurants targeting international diners.
