A spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom duplex apartment located in quiet location close to local amenities and within walking distance of the beach and the town centre. Enjoy air conditioning and satellite TV. An ideal base to enjoy the delights of Denia and the beautiful coast and countryside.

The apartment is distributed on 2 floors. The ground floor has a spacious living/dining room with feature wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and a cloak room with sink and toilet. Outside there is a large terrace, ideal for al fresco dining and a private garden leading to the communal swimming pool.

Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms have balconies with views of the sea from the master bedroom and the mountain form the other bedroom. The bedrooms share a large shower room.

Furnished to a high standard all the rooms have air conditioning. There is a secure parking space allocated to the apartment but the urbanisation has other secure spaces available.

This house is s the perfect place to stay in Denia. The house is very nice and for us perfect. Functionally it had everything you could possibly ask for. Beds were comfortable, a fully stocked kitchen, a big tv, wi-fi internet connection... Michael (the owner) is very friendly and he is very helpful. We truly hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

Hemos estado la semana del 21 al 28 Julio y que decir.....todo perfecto,muy acogedor,mo le falta de nada,muy amplio,Mike te deja de todo y cuando digo de todo es de todo,comida,bebida,productos limpieza etc.. Parece q estas en casa. El matrimonio un encanto super atentos y todo muy limpio a destacar la piscina una pasada. Todo muy tranquilo. El bungalow tiene se todo para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables. La única pega por poner algo es que la playa tiene bastantes algas pero la urbanización perfecta. Sin duda volveremos Mike es encantador. Gracias Mike por hacernos pasar estas vacaciones.

2 bedroom house very well appointed. Every thing there for a great holiday (home from home). Very secure location, quite yet not to far to all shops and bars. The pool was great just at the bottom of the garden. The house was very spacious plenty of room to spread out, and a very large outside patio, part in the shade great for non sun worshipers.

We are just back from a stay at this gorgeous house/apartment .Spotlessly clean with everything provided for you . Every kitchen utensil you can possibly need and i mean everything . The views from the upstairs towards the marina and the med are breathtaking .The communial pool is right at the bottom of the garden giving the impression it is private to number 5 .During our stay we did have the pool to ourselves most of the time .The temperature of it was like being in a warm bath. We ate out some nights but the house has such a homely comfortable feel to it that we actually stayed in to enjoy the surroundings .The area the house is situated is very quiet .The complex is secure with gated access .I could actually sit and write about this place all night but i think the fact that we flew back last Thursday and booked that night for September says it all .Sol De Azahar everytime for us now .We have actually visited Denia 20 times in the past 9 years .
