Description

This beautiful villa is situated on a mountainside hence the stunning views to the sea of Denia. The lovely 10m x 5m private pool is a real bonus as it is larger than most and this villa also has a small children's pool along side the main pool. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind on the comfortable sun loungers while soaking up the sun.

The villa is in a peaceful location and the views by day or night are wonderful. The pool area and terraces come to life even in the evening thanks to the pool light, so you can enjoy al fresco dining on the covered naya any time of the day or night and enjoy those wonderful views.

The villa is all on one levels the same level as the pool but is elevated from the street (steepish drive but does not cause a problem). All 3 bedrooms have twin beds all have ample storage, ceiling fans and air conditioning, all the windows around the villa have traditional rejas.

The lounge / diner and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen is small

The Valencian Country region

The Northern Costa Blanca is truly a beautiful place with many wonderful places to see and visit. There are many local towns to visit within easy reach of the villa such as Moraira, Altea and Calpe. The fantastic theme parks of Terramitica, Terranatura and the water world of Aqualandia near Benidorm and Alicante are well worth a visit as is the Oceanographics near Valencia. The city of Valencia is only 40 minutes away by train so why not take a trip there for the day while visiting the area, it is a lovely city and very vibrant. The city of Alicante is also worth a visit and it only 1 hours drive away, with is wonderful beaches and also many shops in which to browse.

Denia

The prestigious La Sella Golf resort is a development of individual villas on individual plots. The views from many of the villas towards the sea are stunning. There is a lovely restaurant on La Sella (Italian) called Nuevo Giramondo, serving excellent value for money meals in a lovely friendly atmosphere. There is horse riding, tennis courts, farmacy and a mini market all in the same area. The villa is quite an easy walk to the bar / restaurant and will take approx. 10 minutes to walk there.Denia and Javea are located on the northern Costa Blanca, this is a truly beautiful part of Spain with its rugged coast line and wonderful mountains and lush landscape. The beautiful cosmopolitan resort of Denia (15 mins away) has long sandy beaches which do not get crowed even in the height of the summer. The newly built marina is a great place to dine during the day or night. Its a great places to just sit and have a drink in the sunshine while admiring the beautiful yachts bobbing around on the med. Denia itself has many restaurants in which to enjoy all types of cuisine to suite all pallets and pockets. “Fantastic villa in great location.”

Reviewed 27 Aug 2015

We stayed at this villa for 10 nights in August with 3 kids. Communication with the agent before we arrived was great and directions were excellent. It is an easy one hour drive from Alicante airport, 30 minutes north past Benidorm. The view from the villa is amazing looking out over the valley and towards the sea. The pool is massive and was cleaned twice whilst we stayed. There is a big slope for a drive but our Ford Cmax had no problem getting up it. The villa is 5 Minutes drive from a supermarket, 10 minutes from another (Lidl) and it is 20 minutes from the coastal town of Denia. Here the main street lights up at night and there are lots of restaurants and ice cream deli's to enjoy. The beach is great at Denia too. I would highly recommend this villa if you want your own pool in a place in the peace and quiet, yet within easy reach of waterparks (Benidorm) and beaches.

“Lovely Villa, Amazing views.”

Reviewed 20 Aug 2014

The villa was very clean and tidy. The pool was great and was nice and big and had large rounded steps and the front which our 2 year old could play on without going in the deep part. The view from the villa was unbelievable! The photos don't do it justice. Our hire car was low to the ground at the front so wouldn't go up the drive but we just left it at the bottom which was fine.

“Clean and well managed!”

Reviewed 11 Aug 2014

Steve and Michelle made staying at the villa carefree, as everything was as it should be, clean and well organised. The pool and outside area was also very well looked after. The only small criticism was the steep drive which was awkward to drive up and manoeuvre easily.

“Traditional Villa with Stunning Views”

Reviewed 20 Aug 2013

A very comfortable villa with beautiful views and a fantastic swimming pool. The villa is well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Michelle and Steve were very helpful and provided all the information you would ever need on holiday. Denia has lovely beaches, and some superb restaurants to suit all budgets. As mentioned in a previous review, the driveway is something of a challenge, but there's no problem leaving a car at the bottom. We had a very relaxing week there, after a few days madness in Port Aventura, Valencia and Barcelona, it was a fantastic place to unwind.

“Definitely has the wow factor”

Reviewed 12 Aug 2013

We have never rented a villa before so was unsure what to expect but booked Casa Ciara after much research as it looked so nice and had good reviews. The booking process was very easy and Michelle kept us updated via email with no fuss whatsoever. All details provided prior to the holiday were very helpful and we only got lost once - actually on the development not on the roads! On arrival at the villa, despite having seen the pictures on the website, we definitely had the wow factor when we went up the steps and were greeted by the pool with it's amazing views. Everything was exactly as we expected it to be and we settled in for a wonderful week that felt like home after a couple of days. The location is lovely, we felt no need to leave the villa apart from a visit to Valencia and a trip to the waterpark in Benidorm. A truly relaxing week. Having British TV was also a definite plus with 3 teenage boys to entertain! The only couple of downsides were: 1) Our hire car refused point blank to go up the drive to the villa, it was so steep. Conseqently we had to carry our cases up from the car. 2) There was no WIFI, although I think that probably did us good! Other than that, we can't fault it and would not hesitate to go back.

“A quality villa with a breathtaking view”

Reviewed 1 Aug 2013

The villa is very good quality and the AC in the bedrooms was much appreciated. Although the kitchen was quite small, it had eveything we needed.W e ate out on the naya wit an amazing view of the Montgo mountain. Although a neighbour has a view right over the pool, we hardly saw or heard them, and the kids made full use of the spacious pool area. Detailed guidelines in the rooms made things easy to use, and we settled in very quickly. The only problem was the steep drive (couldn't get our Voyager uto the house, so left it nt he street below - no danger as the 'urbanisacion' is well guarded). Denia is not far and is a lovely town to visit, and there is a wide choice of beaches (we prefered the rocky beach of punta negra for snorkelling).

“Great villa in good location”

Reviewed 5 Dec 2011

My wife and I have stayed in Casa Ciara a couple of times and had a really enjoyable holiday on both occasions. Villa is excellent for a relaxing holiday although there are plenty of things to see and do within a short distance. The service provided by Steve and Michelle was first class from the point of booking to the time we left the villa. We will certainly holiday here again in the future.
