"Casa Trainera" is a modern ground floor bungalow villa, situated in a private residential area with communal swimming pool and large size palm tree garden. The house is tastefully decorated makes it a comfortable house all year around.The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 people with 1 double and 2 single beds plus separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The open plan living area is spacious, well furnished with modern and contemporary furnishings and includes well equipped open kitchen, utility room plus comfortable and cosy dining and lounge areas. There is satellite tv/dvd and cd for entertainment.
De living room follows to the open kitchen. The modern kitchen is equipped with dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, and all utilities for a comfortable holiday stay. There is a flat screen television with TDT (national digital broadcasting with selection between Spanish or original language films and documentaries).
To the outdoors there is a beautiful communal pool within huge private and lawned grounds, ideal for safe playing of the kids. The outside terrace is spacious and perfect for spending summer evenings under the stars, dining or having breakfast in the sun, or in the shade of the awning if it gets too hot.
The urbanisation lies in a residential area. All separate houses together form a private rectangular shaped urbanisation and only these houses have access to the central garden and swimming pool.
There is a private (closed) garage for those coming with their own car or renting one locally.
The property is also suitable for long term winter breaks.

The Valenciana region
Dénia is situated at the north of the province of Alicante, in a place with a special warm weather and a great many sunshine days with a mean average annual temperature of 20ºC.
Denia is a cosmopolitan town all year round and offers a variety of lovely cafes, bars, excellent restaurants and wonderful shops. To the north of the district there is the area known as les Marines (or las Marinas), where you will find long fine sandy beaches, To the south of the district there is the area known as les Rotes (or las Rotas), which starts with a sandy beach and gives way to rocky coves.
It has a historic centre where the castle rises majestically right in the centre of town. Mount Montgó, declared a Natural Park, is only a few metres from the sea and fishing boats are part of everyday life and provide Dénia with the best of the sea, making it the celebrated cuisine haven it has become.
La Sella Golf Course is 15 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Within 20 minutes drive of the apartment is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within a half hour drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. Further afield you have the two championship courses near Benidorm which were opened in 2006 and which provide excellent tests for all golfers.
Denia has more fiestas than any other town in Spain, so there is a good chance that when you come to visit, something will be happening locally .
