This is a modern two bedroomed, two bathroomed airconditioned apartment. Facilities include a modern kitchen containing dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven. One twin bedded room and one double room both with fitted wardrobes. The accommodation is air conditioned. With a comfortable and modern lounge and dining area. Outside is a large private patio with steps leading to a tiled enclosed garden. The apartment is south facing and sun loungers are supplied for the use of guests. The apartment is suitable both for families with children and also has easy access for those with walking difficulties. Lift access from an underground parking area with an exit adjacent to the apartment is available. An enclosed garden/patio is just one of the many features. The complex offers a communal swimming pool with loungers for guests use, internet access, childrens play area and a sauna. The beach is walkable distance from this apartment where restaurants and a beach bar in the summer

Both train and buses are available from Denia to visit the local area or to the livelier places such as Benidorm.

The Valencian Country region

This apartment can be accessed by using either Alicante or Valencia Airport either airport is approximately an hour and a quarter driving distance.Javea, Moraira and Calpe are within a short driving distance of this apartment. Train and bus links are good and Benidorm can also be accessed by using public transport. It is possible to visit Ibiza using the regular ferry service.The beautiful beach is within 5 minutes walkable distance (on the flat). In the summer a beach bar is available which serves snacks and all year round a restaurant is situated beside the beach serving a full range of food to suit all tastes.

Denia

Denia has numerous shops, bars, restaurants, banks and a regular evening market selling a range of unusual jewellery and clothes amongst other items. From Denia it is possible to travel by car or public transport to places of interest.For those wishing to go to Benidorm a large weekly market is held on Wednesdays and Sundays and the beach and numerous restaurants are well worth visiting.Several golf clubs are within a short driving distance of this apartment.

“Excellent Modern Accommodation - Good Value for Money”

This is the second time I have stayed at this apartment in Elegance Denia. On this occasion I stayed for one night with the remainder of my week's holiday being spent at the owners other apartment at Cumbre del Sol. The apartment is ideally situated for the beach with all amenities within walkable distance.
