This comfortable home is situated in the centre of Denia's port area, in a welcoming, picturesque square of fisherman's cottages.

The cottage offers private parking and easy ground-floor access. A large hall leads to a light, spacious living-dining area with cosy fireplace and fully-equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom (two single beds) and walk-in shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs are two more double bedrooms and large bathroom with sunken bath. The master bedroom leads to a sun terrace with table, chairs and sun-beds for dining and lounging. A portable gas-fuelled barbecue is provided. Recently-added features are private Wi-Fi internet access and large flat-screen TV.

The cottage is within easy walking distance of Denia's town centre with shops and restaurants. The attractive old town with pedestrian streets, the castle with its amazing views, the fishing port and stunning new Marina are also within walking distance, as well as the

The house is situated in a residential square of cottages, in the centre of Denia. Parking is available in the square and is reserved for residents, so you can park right outside the front door. Neighbours are friendly and welcoming and there is a great family atmosphere. On mild evenings many families sit outside their front doors in typical mediterranean fashion, and the neighbours often organise events in the square during local fiestas.

Denia

Denia is a thriving fishing port, bustling seaside resort and delightful cosmopolitan town on the Mediterranean coast. It is seeped in history and culture, its origins dating from pre-Roman times. Denia's castle rises above the town boasting fantastic views of the coast and imposing Montgó mountain. Miles of well-kept sandy beaches (Las Marinas) extend north from the centre of the town and the sheer number of beaches ensures they are never over-crowded. A rocky coastline (Las Rotas) lies to the south, with its beautiful coves, ideal for snorkling and exploring. Sample the wide range of water sports and other sporting activities such as quad-biking, tennis and cycling or simply enjoy lounging on the sunny beaches.

The tree-lined main street, Marqués de Campo, is a great place to sit and relax on one of its many terraces, and to take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the many shops and boutiques. Stroll down the modern Marina with its fantastic range of bars and restaurants and explore the old town, much of which has recently become pedestrian, with cobbled streets and a wealth of little shops, bars and restaurants.

“Perfect holiday, very authentic Spanish”

This townhouse is really close to everything. A perfect base for a holiday. Only 4-5 min walk to the pedestrian zone with lots of restaurants and bars in the evening. A fantastic beach is located 10 min walking from the house. We also like the quite and safe surroundings and the very friendly spanish neighbors. The owner is really trying to give you a perfect holiday, She had even bought a welcome pack to us.
