Las Moras is a one bedroom, self contained apartment on a small, low rise urbanisation with communal gardens and swimming pool. Ideally located within walking distance of the beach, town and Marina, the apartment can sleep up to four people, by use of the sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment is on the first (top) floor and is accessed by an exterior staircase to the front door.There is your own car parking space within the urbanisation.Arranged over two floors, the apartment has an open plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge has patio doors onto a balcony overlooking the pool and garden. There is a shower room, and stairs to the galleried bedroom. We've just installed satellite tv, so no need to miss your favourite soaps or the news from home! The apartment is comfortably furnished and fully equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday, and for your peace of mind, an English agent is on hand throughout your stay. Because of the close proximity beach and town, a car is not essential but would definitely enhance your holiday, opening the possibility to explore Denia's 15 kilometers of golden sandy beaches or visit the theme parks at Benidorm. For golfers, there's an excellent choice of courses, the closest within a 15 minute drive.Bed linen is provided, along with hand and bath towels. At no extra cost we supply beach towels, and with enough notice, a cot, highchair and baby gate. For your arrival, we'll provide some teabags, instant coffee, sugar, milk and water so you can have a drink after your journey. In the bathroom you'll find some basic shower gel, shampoo and liquid soap, and in the kitchen a new cloth and scourer, washing up liquid and some all purpose cleaner. -

The Valencian Country region

Denia is the capital of the Costa Blanca, located midway between Alicante and Valencia, and either of these airports serve Denia.

Both cities are within easy reach, great for a day excursion, and offer many museums and places of interest for culture lovers plus the best department stores and boutiques for shopping
.
Denia is also a great starting point if you'd like to explore other towns along the coast such as Calpe, Javea and Altea to thesouth, Oliva and Gandia to the north and the Jalon valley inland. Benidorm is a 40 minute drive away, and has a selection of theme and water parks. The ferry to Ibiza leaves from Denia, and in the summer you can buy an overnight excursion for a night of clubbing.

The town has a large number of spectacular fiestas. Not to be missed are Fallas in March, Local Fiestas in July and Moors and Christians in August.

Denia

The apartment is located in the best residential area of Denia, tranquil but close to all amenities.

The sandy beach of the Marineta Cassiana is just a few minutes walk ( a two minute drive) as are the nearest bars, restaurants and supermarket. The walk into town is about 15 minutes, about 5 minutes by car.

There's a big market on Monday mornings, selling everything from clothes to leather goods and household items. The municipal market is open every day except Sunday, selling fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and cheese. On Fridays there's a farmers market selling the freshest produce at unbeatable prices.

Denia as a holiday destination now offers something for everyone.If you like culture, visit the medieval castle and museum. For eating out, Denia offers a vast choice from Michelin starred fine dining to family run tapas bars. And with the lively harbour area and the upmarket bars of the Marina, there's a lively nightlife.
