From the owner

Overlooked by the castle, this 1st floor apartment is located 50 metres from the sandy beach and within easy walking distance of the port and town centre. Close to the picturesque streets and squares of the Fishermans' quarter with its fine restaurants and tapas bars, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy one of the finest resorts on the Northern Costa Blanca.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other has twin beds. The double room has an en suite bathroom and there is a family shower room. A comfortable living/dining room leads to a large balcony with views towards the port and the castle. Just around the corner is the El Raset beach and El Portet where one can enjoy fine dining and several water sports including kite surfing and jet skiing.

The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms. There is Wi-Fi Internet included so you can stay in touch with family and friends back home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Bed linen and bath towels are provided (you should take your own beach towels). The apartment has an allocated, secure parking space within the community for your vehicle. There is also a community swimming pool and children's play area.

An English/Spanish speaking representative is on hand to assist you during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
