The house was wonderful, the views of the mountain and the sea (and the Falles firework displays) never failed to amaze, and we loved how "walkable" everything was!! After walking on the "other side" of Denia with all its huge complexes and American fast food restaurants, we were singing the praises of Casa Solana doubly.
Thank you for giving us a lovely home to stay in so that we were able to relax and have a wonderful holiday. Your house is 5* and a great place to spend time in whilst exploring Denia & it's surroundings. We have had a lovely time & already want to return very soon.
The Townhouse has everything your need, very well equipped and in a great location to explore Denia and all it has to offer, we will being coming back in the near future.
We really enjoyed our time in Denia and the holiday house was in a perfect condition. The equipment was very complete, you clearly put a lot of though in it. The house was clean and tidey when we got there and your instructions about how to find it were very clear, in particular the photo of the gate at the end of the street was helpful. The guide with maps and tips for tourists was very useful, as was the wireless internet.
We enjoyed the swimming pool and the see view from the bedroom. We loved the garden and the colours of all the flowers and we e very much liked the the sight of the mountains.
Location wise the house was well positioned, allowing us to explore the area in multiple directions with different beaches, places, tourist attractions within reasonable distance.
Changeover day normally Sunday during the July/August peak season but flexible outside of these two months
Transfers can be arranged from Alicante or Valencia Airports.

Adjoining the Javea La Sella golf course is the luxury five star hotel facilities provided by the Marriott group. Within the hotel complex there is a health club, spa facilities, a casino and many bars/restaurants to cater for all tastes. The area is excellent for walkers with paths that follow ancient trails to terrain that can be as rugged and challenging as the Scottish mountains.
The is plenty for the watersports enthusiast with light sailing, cruising, kite-surfing, canoeing, deep-sea diving classes and boat rentals available around the port/marina area of Denia.
Denia is situated on the northern Costa Blanca and is easily accessed from both Alicante and Valencia airports by means of the AP7 motorway. "A spacious, clean and well equipped holiday home in a good location"
The owners have tried to think of a holiday makers every need at this property. Has very comfortable sofas in the lounge and a comfortable double bed. Lovely views of the sea from the balcony in the double bedroom, and the sea can also be seen from the patio area. Very well equipped with everything you should need and more. The owners are professional in their dealings and we would recommend this property to anyone looking for comfortable surroundings and wishing to enjoy the variety of beach, mountains and orange groves of Spain as they are all within easy reach of this accomodation.

"Perfect family holiday"
It has been some years since I holidayed in Denia and what a pleasant surprise! It was always an excellent holiday destination but has improved further over the years with additions such as the fantastic marina with excellent restaurants etc, only a 20 minute walk from Casa Solana. We used to stay in the Les Marines area of Denia, which was good but the Montgo region is a far better bet, with a nice combination of Spanish residents and holidaymakers, living in high quality accommodation, within walking distance of the town centre and marina, yet nicely secluded away. Casa Solana itself is an excellent property. Very clean and tidy with all you would need for a family. The villa has good views of the marina as well as the imposing and dramatic Montgo mountain to the rear. The pool is large and is always quiet. The other residents there are a lovely set of people, a combination of English, Dutch and Spanish families, all very friendly. Will definitely return.
