“Denia house with private pool”

A really lovely house with great pool and views of mountains that also backs onto a communal garden that gives you even more views. Location great. Supermarket 5 min walk. Beach 10 min walk. House has 3 bedroom areas. 2 bedrooms on ground floor and a mezzanine. 2 new bathrooms. Lovely lounge with WiFi. Really quiet neighbourhood so no noise. Only issues were that microwave didn’t work BUT Steve the pool man delivered a brand new one after a few days of telling him. (Steve came 4 times during 2 weeks to clean pool and check we were ok. Top man). Other issue was that oven did not work well kept cutting out so took ages to cut food maybe thermostat issue. Final point was that cleaners arrived at 10am on our exit day when we were advised we could leave at 12. So had to rush to get out but appreciate with corona virus they need more time to clean a house. Cleaners really nice about it though. Overall a lovely house and pool and brilliant for any families or people that want a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.

Owner's reply: As I have said we took all this into consideration and have had both bathrooms re modelled !! They look fantastic!! We also made the patio around the pool bigger and newer.. So all in all better and nicer...

Why can't I call Zippi (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zippi (the owner) a message.

If Zippi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
