A prestige apartment with its own in-apartment wifi facility in a superior development offering large swimming pool, children's pool, indoor play area for the under 5's, sauna and gymnasium. The beautiful sandy beach, fantastic restaurants, great shops and the historic town of Denia just a short stroll away.

Absolutely perfect for families, whatever the age of the children.

The private roof terrace offers panoramic views and serves as a secluded sunbathing and relaxation facility - ideal for morning coffee and late evening drinks. Pure bliss. The balcony overlooks the resort pool and allows access to the roof terrace via a sturdy spiral staircase.

Lightweight, fold-up loungers provided for use by the pool and kept in the apartment - these were purchased in 2017 and in good condition.

UK Channels via FreeSat box via the Astra 2 satellite, plus different receivers for Astra 19 (German, French, European) and TDT Digital Spanish TV

2018 all marble floors professionally polished and new in 2016 lighting on the roof terrace and new hot and cold air conditioning unit.

Just 5 minutes walk away is a local Aldi supermarket which is perfect for purchasing apartment provisions - from the exit gate turn left, cross one road and Aldi, plus a very nice cafe on the right.

The town of Denia, its beaches, marina and restaurants are all within walking distance - my agent in Denia, Andrea Marian is the ideal source of all local travelling options that may be required

House rules

I try to keep house rules to a minimum as I am keen that guests feel relaxed upon arrival and for the apartment to feel like home - the only 'resort' rule is that no BBQ's are allowed on any apartment balcony or roof terrace.

I insist that guests treat the apartment with respect and have consideration for near neighbours

This is an amazing apartment, spacious, well lit, full of high quality utensils and equipment. It is clearly well looked after by the owner and is immaculately cleaned prior to arrival. We have now rented this property for 8 weeks in total and will definitively be visiting it again. Denia is an amazing town especially for couples. It has a real flavour of Spain; not full of Brits / British eateries. So many choices of restaurants serving amazing paellas etc. There is a great supermarket near by as well as a great range of shops in the town. You can have a great holiday in Denia without the need for a car. There are many good walks on the flat too.

“Beautiful apartment with everything close by”

We stayed at the penthouse apartment in Denia July/ August 2013- my husband and I with our two small children. The swimming pool is huge with children's pool next to it. Beach is a 5 minute stroll away. Supermarket just up the road and the actual town around 15 minutes walk. No need to hire a car! Fantastic. Apartment clean and had everything we needed. Lovely restaurants across the road and cocktails on the beach opposite. Will definitely be returning here and have already recommended to friends with kids.

“Just what we needed!”

It was our first venture into self catering, but won't be our last! We really had a good time thanks to a fabulous apartment. It was clean, modern and very well equipped. It was within walking distance of the town centre, but very quiet. The whole complex was lovely, clean and well maintained. Andrea and her team, who looked after the apartment, were really helpful and informative Two minor points. The Internet connection was a bit unreliable, and several of the light bulbs were broken in the garage. Not good if your eye sight isn't 100%,. Nothing that could spoil a wonderful holiday. I just hope my memories of our morning strolls up to nearby Aldis, getting lovely fresh bread from the bakers, sitting in the sun with a cup of coffee and a paper, will sustain me through the British winter! Thank you Neil and team.
