Treveusik (Cornish for 'Lucky Home') is a 5 bedroom Farmhouse located just 2 miles from the famous Trebarwith Strand Beach. The property is ideally located for taking advantage of all that North Cornwall has to offer, with Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Issac, Polzeath, Rock, and Padstow all within a short journey. It is also close to the Camel Trail and Bodmin Moor for those guests looking for walking or cycling activities.

The property offers a spacious and comfortable accommodation in a fabulous rural location. This attractive stone and slate property has been tastefully refurbished with a contemporary interior, whilst retaining its historical character.

Providing spacious upside down living accommodation. The first floor is a large open plan living space complete with log burner and a fully equipped kitchen with large farmhouse table.

There are fantastic views from the first floor across to Bodmin Moor and 'Rough Tor' via windows to the front elevation and French doors to the rear, which open onto a Juliet balcony.

The ground floor provides a spacious master bedroom (King) with en suite, three additional large bedrooms (1 x King & 2 x twin), a family bathroom and a separate cloakroom. Twin rooms can be zip linked to provide additional doubles on request. On the first floor

On the First Floor there is an additional fifth bedroom with 1 x King and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Great care has been taken to equip the property to ensure it is family friendly and guests may bring along up 2, well behaved, dogs by arrangement.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tony & Kay (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
