The Stables is a part stone, part timber framed traditionally converted cottage above old stables in the courtyard of St James Farm within Clifton village, near Deddington in North Oxfordshire. Close to Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace etc

The Stables has been comfortably furnished and well equipped, and has everything you need for a holiday exploring the Cotswolds. Equipment includes: Flat screen televisions, Wifi, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Stables is located next to a Grade II Listed 17th Century Country Inn serving good food and real ale 7 days a week.

The Stables is on two levels, having a well equipped utility / dog room downstairs with washing machine and tumble dryer and a large bathroom with bath and shower.

Upstairs is a kitchen / diner with microwave and cooker, table and chairs, a small sitting room with large flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs.

The bedrooms are comfortable and well decorated. The twin bedroom has two bedside tables, a flatscreen TV, hanging space, a travel cot and toys.

The double bedroom has a chest of drawers, a bedside table, a TV and hanging space.

Why can't I call Tim (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tim (the owner) a message.

If Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
