The apartment lies along Blackhall Path in an affluent area of the city’s North district. Overlooking Craigleith Retail Park, close to the city bypass and 2 miles from the city centre.

Craigleith has great links to the West End, home to Murrayfield Stadium and Ice Rink, Tynecastle and National Galleries Scotland, as well as city centre attractions, including Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh Dungeons and Dynamic Earth, from the end of November there is a fantastic Christmas market on Princess Street with impressive lights, stalls and funfair. Stockbridge, characterised by many quirky pubs and restaurants, including the famous cat café Maison de Moggy and Ravelston Golf Course are within easy walking distance.
