Description

Very bright little one bedroom apartment recently renovated and very quiet. Large bay window overlooking a furnished terrace facing south with beautiful unobstructed view of the rooster. Very well equipped. Wifi in the apartment. Accommodation for up to 4 adults and a baby. No pets allowed. The building is located on the dike of Coq (We go from the building to the beach without crossing the street). The building has a beautiful 18m swimming pool reserved for residents and a separate children's pool. The apartment is small, very functional and nicely decorated. The double bed is 160cmX200cm. The sofa bed in the living room has the same dimensions. For the baby: caged bed, table seat, changing pad, pot. American kitchen very well equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, crockery for 6 people, pots, pans and many kitchen utensils). Everything is planned to make your stay pleasant (board games, beach games, beach chairs, guides, maps and tourist documentation of the region, DVD player, film rental (Belgacom) .Free parking at the foot of the river. The heating, hot water, cold water and electricity consumption are re-invoiced according to the actual consumption.The sum of the guarantee will be refunded to the Tenant after return of the keys and after the Lessor is assured that it There will be no damage and no shortage.This refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within fifteen days by transfer to the account used by the Tenant for the deposit of the guarantee.
