SEASCAPE is situated on the second floor and enjoys panoramic views of sea, Dawlish and surrounding areas. The stairs are wide and gently sloping and well worth the climb. Seascape has a double bed and may also have a single bed added if required, at small cost for third person,glorious views sweeping up to Exmouth and the Warren and beyond, these views even from your bed! A kitchenette ensuite shower room and comfortable chairs all help provide everything needed for a care-free holiday overlooking the sea and Dawlish.

The Blenheim was built as The Blenheim Hotel when Brunel`s railway came to the town and enjoys a prominent lovely location on Dawlish seafront with wonderful seaviews and views over Dawlish town. Lovingly cared for, The Blenheim is a beautiful early victorian building with many fine original features

South West England, particularly Devon enjoys the warmest climate hence our many palm trees! Sea, countryside and cities and villages make an interesting tapestry of wonderful places to visit. Dawlish is central to many of these and here at The Blenheim the train station is opposite, coach stops outside the front door, and the local bus stops are opposite therefore transport is easy and convenient.
