Lovely first floor, two bedroom apartment in Dawlish Warren with allocated parking space. This family friendly accommodation is in an excellent location with its own balcony and sea views. The apartment is situated within a privately owned complex which has well maintained, landscaped gardens. The accommodation is 5 minutes walk from Dawlish Warren's Blue Flag, sandy, life guarded beach and within a short walking distance of Dawlish Warren railway station and town. If you would like to leave the car behind there are excellent transport links by bus and rail to a variety of attractions. Dawlish Warren is a small seaside town approximately 10 miles from the Cathedral city of Exeter. The immediate countryside is a haven for walkers as the town is close to Haldon Hills and Dartmoor National Park. For cycle enthusiasts, there is a level cycle route along Exmouth Estuary and onwards to Exeter. The accommodation has two double bedrooms each with double beds and also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Please note you can either bring your own bedding (duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets) or bedding can be provided for a small additional charge. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge, small freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. Bathroom facilities include a shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Lounge: comfortable lounge with Freeview TV & DVD player. The private balcony, furnished with table and chairs and is perfect for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine after exploring the local area. Laundromat on site. Electricity supplied by prepayment meter.
