Welcome to Dawlish Warren Holiday Homes. We offer a privately owned self-catering family villa situated within the Welcome Family Holiday Park, Warren Road, Dawlish Warren, South Devon, EX7 0PH. Our Holiday Villa offers modern, spacious, two bedroom accommodation spread over two floors, and will sleep two adults and two – three children, you can also comfortably fit a cot into the main bedroom.

Welcome Holiday Park is ideal for families as it offers many on-site facilities including 'Cruisers Club House' with nightly family entertainment, Heated Indoor Swimming Pools with Three Pools and a Jacuzzi. Children's Play Area, Crazy Golf, Sports Ground Amusements and Launderette. (Please note the facilities are seasonal from Easter to October half term and incur a small additional charge)

The local shops are literally just over the road where you can buy all your groceries for your self catering requirements, or if you prefer to eat out there is the Welcome

The local shops are literally just over the road where you can buy all your groceries for your self catering requirements, or if you prefer to eat out there is the Welcome Bite Restaurant and Snack Bar on site. There are also several good pubs, a Chinese Takeaway and two Fish & Chip shops all in walking distance. If you fancy an Indian takeaway pop into Dawlish or they will deliver.

The Blue Flag Beach is about five minutes walk away and resides in a National Nature Reserve and there you will also find many fair rides and amusements. Dawlish Warren even has its own Train Station as well as a local Bus Service.
