Because of the Villa location you are Close enough to Orlando for all the Fun and Thrills. less than a mile to Interstate 4 (I-4)

( 12 min to Disney World Exit 62 , 20 min to Universal Studios Exit 75

1 Miles to Posner Shopping Center with all kind of Retailers including Target, J.C. Penney, Dick’s, Best Buy, Staples, Ross, Michaels and CINÉPOLIS Movie Theater

If You are Looking for a Game of Golf you will be Spoilt for Choice with the Award-Winning Southern Dunes, or Champions Gate or Ridgewood Lakes Championship Courses all located just a five-minute drive away.

All kind of restuarant's , Super market , Mini markets , Gas station's ,Shopping Centers, etc ..Are very close .

The Villa is very clean Central Air Conditioned , 4 Bedrooms (2 Master king size en suites. and 2 Bedrooms with Double Twin Bed each.

Eight of us had a great time in this villa. We were in easy reach of all the Disney/Universal parks, and fashion shopping outlets. Food shopping was nearby & offered a good selection as were restaurants. Accommodation at this villa was clean & comfortable with a lovely pool. Steve & his wife, who maintained & cleaned the villa, were extremely nice & helpfullł.

Apologies I have taken too long to write this review! This villa is lovely, super clean and great on-site support from their management team. 4 large bedrooms and loads of outside space - pool fab and super quick access to the I4 for getting places - love this place and will be back... again (this was our 2nd time) :)

Very spacious and had everything you need for a family. Needed some tlc, it was a bit tired looking. New owner said that was on the list. 20 mins from Disney.

“Superb family accomadation.”

This was ideal for our family. The surrounding area had all we needed including local shops and restaurants/takeaways. The villa was well located for travelling to the parks and other local attractions. The facilities in the villa were excellent and easily accomodated 8 of us with plenty of space. It was clean with sufficient linen(towels for the villa and the beach/pool|). The kitchen and laundry facilities were more than adequate. The pool was excellent, and the heating and lighting just added that extra luxury, allowing for late night swims if desired. The pool was well maintained with weekly cleaning taking place. We will definitely use this villa again and can't wait to go back.

Really nice villa, good accomadation for family's with young children. lovely pool !!! Quiet location with shops 5 mins away. Couldn't find fault with the Villa in any way. The photo's on the website don't do it justice. Can't wait to go back again !!!!!

House in perfect location (Davenport). Suitable for all ages and abilities. Well equiped, modern, clean house with a sunny pool and BBQ / outside seating area. Quite location easy to get to, everything needed for self catering close at hand. Close and in easy reach to a range of resturants and shops. Universal parks and sea world (Highly recommended) and Disney parks (did not do) are a short and easy drive away. Busch Gardens about hour away (recommended). Shoppping malls/outlets short drive (lots of bargins). We had a fantastic time, holiday of a lifetime. Would definately come back and stay at this house and would highly recommend it.
