Located near to Mickey and his friends, this 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom elegant Orlando vacation pool home is perfect for families or groups, sleeping up to a maximum of 10 guests in over 3,000 square feet of this fully air-conditioned living space.

This spacious holiday villa is no more than 10 minutes away from Orlando's many theme parks and championship golf courses. There is a games room equipped with a foosball table, an electronic dart board and an 8-foot pool table. We provide a high-speed WiFi internet service as standard. As well as being close to numerous attractions for the young and young at heart, the new Posner Retail Park provides ample opportunity for shopping and dining! “Beautiful spacious villa”

Our party of 9 enjoyed this beautiful spacious well equipped villa at legacy park ..had everything we needed. paid for pool heat and it was lovely & warm ..25 minutes from the parks 5 minutes to nearest supermarkets and Applebees would definitely use again ..thankyou David for our stay and for your help and prompt replies

“Really lovely villa”

This is a really lovely spacious villa, all rooms immaculate,. It is also very convenient for Disney and Orlando attractions. We would not hesitate in recommending this home, a special thanks to David and Nola for their prompt attention to our very late booking.

“Superb Villa”

We have stayed in a lot of villas over the years and I can say that this was the best by far, spacious and beautifully furnished. There was so much space that we did not utilise to the fullest as time spent at the villa was sat out by the pool most of the time. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils (better than others I have been in). The setting was quite and relaxing after spending days out at parks and shopping, it was easy to get to all of the parks and shopping outlets from the villa. Shopping was within easy driving distance and just a mile down H27 was Berry Town centre with an Applebees restaurant which you could call and collect from which we used a couple of times and also a couple of takeaways. The manager was also very helpful. All in all an excellent villa.

“Home from Home”

When we arrived, we were all pleasantly surprised at how spacious the property was and exactly like the photos on the website. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. There were 3 separate lounging areas within the house, but we mostly spent our evenings outside on the comfy chairs on the patio. All the bedrooms had ample space to store clothing, all with separate dressing rooms which meant luggage was tucked away out of sight. There was also a whole cupboard full of clean white towels for inside use and lots of beach towels for the pool area. There was a comprehensive manual in the kitchen which contained useful details such as what day the bin was to be emptied to take-away menus for the local restaurants. The games room was well equipped and the pool (although a little chilly as we opted not to heat it) still got lots of use. The villa is situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood – the nearest amenities a mile up the road and the theme parks about 20 mins. drive away. This was the first time I had rented a holiday home online and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I received lots of correspondence from the owners before and after the holiday. You get a choice of optional extra's but there wasn't any hidden costs. No matter how fantastic and fun-filled our days were, being able to return to this villa in the evening to chill out and relax was just perfect. We all love Florida – thanks David and Nola for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
